Noble Coyote prides itself on its impressive lineup of sustainable agave varietals including Coyote, Jabali, and Tobala. Noble Coyote grows their own agaves and produces mezcal in the town of San Luis Amatlan, Oaxaca. They also produce an Espadin and a Capon, which is a special Espadin produced only from mother magueys which have started to flower.
